You could work in areas like planning, logistics, warehousing, customer operations, or process improvement. The team solves real-world problems every day to make sure products arrive in the right place, at the right time.

Engineering (Australia)Engineering at Mars is about improving how we make our products safely, efficiently, and sustainably.
You’ll work in our factories on real technical projects, problem-solving, automation, machinery, and continuous improvement initiatives that help keep production running smoothly. No two days are the same in this fast-paced environment.
Preferred background: All Engineering degrees except Civil Engineering
Procurement (Australia)
Procurement is about making smart buying decisions that keep the business running. The team sources everything from raw materials and packaging to services and equipment needed across Mars.
You’ll work with suppliers, negotiate contracts, analyse costs, and help make sure products and materials arrive on time, sustainably, and at the right quality. It’s a mix of relationship-building, strategy, and problem-solving.

Multi-Function (New Zealand)
Our New Zealand business is made up of passionate Associates across Sales, Markting, Category, Customer Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and more.
This stream is designed to give graduates broad exposure across our business. One day you could be working with customers and retailers, the next analysing market trends, supporting brand campaigns or helping to drive business growth.

Research & Development (Australia)
Research & Development helps create and improve the products our consumers and pets love. Teams work across areas like food science, product development, packaging and manufacturing innovation.
You'll work on real projects involving product trials, factory testing and continuous improvement initiatives in our manufacturing sites and labs.
Preferred background: Science or Engineering degrees.
As a grad, you'll be paired with a senior leader mentor who'll support your development and career journey.
