Engineering (Australia)
Our Engineering team keeps our production running smoothly, sustainably, and efficiently.
They focus on continuous improvement, solving problems, and leading projects that enhance how we make our iconic products — all while reducing environmental impact. No two days are the same in this fast-paced, hands-on team.
Preferred background:
Mechanical or Process Engineering preferred, but open to all Engineering disciplines.
Procurement (Australia)
Our Procurement team keeps Mars running — sourcing the right materials, at the right time, and at the right price.
They manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure everything from raw materials to packaging arrives on time and sustainably. It's all about making smart, strategic decisions that keep our operations flowing.

Commerce, Economics, Business, Finance, International Business, Engineering, or Procurement.
Multi-Function (New Zealand)
Our NZ business is a close-knit, passionate team focused on marketing, selling, and distributing Mars products across Aotearoa.
Graduates complete one rotation in Sales and a second in another function — like Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, or HR — building broad experience and strong foundations for a future in FMCG leadership.

Research & Development (Australia)
Our R&D teams use science to develop safe, high-quality products. From food science and nutrition to quality and innovation, they play a key role in bringing new and improved products to life.
You'll work in labs and factories, partering with teams across the business The work is hands-on, practical and focused on solving real-world problems.
