The Mars Finance Leadership Experience Traineeship gives you the opportunity to lead projects, make strategic decisions, and immerse yourself in various financial domains within a globally renowned FMCG company.

What can you expect from the Finance Leadershp Traineeship?

The Finance Leadership Traineeship is a three-year program with three 12-month rotations. You'll have the unique chance to grow in diverse financial areas such as supply finance, market finance, financial control, or digital transformation. One of the rotations could even take place abroad.

Year 1: Build a strong foundation in a financial domain and learn how your work impacts Mars' growth and brands.
Year 2: Gain international experience by working abroad for a year or work on challenging international projects.
Year 3: Deepen your leadership capabilities by managing a team and making strategic decisions that truly make a difference.

At the end of the traineeship, you'll be ready to take on roles such as Finance Business Partner, Finance Manager, or other strategic positions within our organization. Many of our alumni now hold key positions as CFOs and strategic leaders.

Have obtained a master’s degree in a financial field in 2024 or 2025.
Are ambitious and see themselves as future finance directors.
Possess strong analytical skills and a deep interest in finance.

Are eager to learn, driven, and excited about gaining international experience.
Speak English fluently and preferably also French.

We're hiring for the 1st rotation in Belgium in our Brussels office (Zaventem) for this Traineeship Program but we recommand that you are flexible and mobile before aplying.

One of your next rotation could take place in another Mars site, even abroad! Who knows where this program may take you!
