At Mars Belgium, we recruit talented Graduates who are eager to start their career as Sales Rep to quickly grow in the organisation and become future leaders. By joining the Sales Team you will represent our beloved brands, developing the preferred supplier image of the company in grocery stores. After a 1st experience as a sales representative you will be prepared to take on your next role in sales or marketing.

What your year will look like :

Our Sales Graduate Role is designed to give you an in-depth insight into what life as a Sales Representative at Mars is really like. You'll take part in three different rotations across our Engineering functions, getting you ready for a fulfilling career tomorrow.
