What careers do we have at Royal Canin?
Royal Canin Machine Operator
A Machine Operator at Royal Canin will discover our Five Principles-particularly Quality & Efficiency to make our factory as strong as possible. You'll play a big part in getting our brands to our consumers, using your great attention to detail to ensure all our operations are up to standard. Working closely with other Associates in the factory, you'll help them understand key priorities and be part of our incredible Supply Chain Team!
Sanitation Operators are responsible and accountable for completing routine and non-routine cleaning and sanitation activities in accordance with Q&FS standards, QMP, and site master sanitation schedule requirements.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Performing routine and non-routine cleaning of specific pieces of equipment, buildings, and site.
Maintaining records of PMs, other sanitation activities and scrap destruction.
Completing all documentation in an accurate/quality matter.
Understanding production schedules, production computer systems, work instructions, and production inventories.
Adherance to good manufacturing practices (GMP's).
A Royal Canin Packaging Operator is responsible for supporting the operation of any combination of the following unit operations. Operations include system components, performing all quality checks, maintaining conformance repots and system logs, troubleshooting all aspects of each system, maintaining area in a clean, orderly manner.
Big/Small Bag Line Operation conducts a big/small bag line from bunkers through stretch wrappers to schedule, do changeovers and troubleshoot lines.
Regrind Shuttle conducts the shuttle and dump regrind generated by packaging.
Packaging WIP Coordination provides packaging materials to lines as needed. Stage materials for shift, return unused materials to storage after run is complete.
