Internship Experience Program

One of the best ways to get a feel for our business – and decide whether you might want to build a long-term career with us – is to join us for an internship. An internship placement with us doesn’t just mean shadowing or doing a few admin tasks. We’ll trust you to lead your own projects and give you responsibility for their delivery, giving you meaningful real-world experience from day one. So, get set to spend your summer doing a hand's on training with us and get meaningful work experience!

Programme Overview
Our Mars Internship Experience gives invaluable work experience and opportunities for personal growth – your chance to test your skills and explore a range of potential future career paths. Placements are for 2 months and can be combined with your studies. The Mars Internship Experience in Engineering is for 6 months. You’ll have a line manager and buddy plus you’ll be able to connect with our community of interns.

The possibilities are limitless on the Mars Internship Experience. Whether you join the marketing team for one of our billion-dollar brands or help develop a new range of Snickers, you'll be working on meaningful business projects with big responsibility.

If all goes well during your time with us, our Internship Experience can also lead to our Graduates Traineeships across various functions within our business.

You'll be currently studying and looking to gain some work experience to help jump-start your career once you finish.

You'll be driven and collaborative with the ability to influence and get things done at pace. Having a natural curiosity and desire to learn will help you get the most out of your time with us. If you’ve got the drive to make a real impact, this is the experience for you.
