I’m 22 years with Mars and from 2014 at Mars Global Services Finance. European MGSF organization gives me a lot of opportunity to develop in finance operations area with close partnership with our business segments and BPO. Beyond developing my functional competencies, our organization gives me a lot of opportunity to develop in people and process leadership area and learn about Mars business and Shared Services industry. Last but not least, we create teams of great experts and very engaged Associates who beyond work have a lot of fun and contribute to local communities via participating in volunteering actions.
