Meet our Engagement Team

The Engagement Team is a group of Mars Global Services Associates and Contractors who dedicate part of their working time to help all Associates to be engaged in their work. We do this in variety of ways, in three areas: Great Place to Work - focusing on making the office as great a place as possible, Social Responsibility - enabling our Associates to make a positive impact on the world, and Health & Wellbeing - focusing on improving these two aspects of our Associates lives at Mars.

Who makes a great workplace? All of us! But a little support is always welcome. That's our Great Place to Work team! This group is a mix of Associates and Contractors who run the operations in the MGS Warsaw office helping us all feel our best. As a team, they focus on bringing more fun to the team, helping everyone to get to know other cultures better (after all, we work in an international environment), as well as finding purpose in our daily work by getting to know our clients and career paths better through organised business sessions. The team regularly organises breakfasts for our Associates, often themed and with special guests, and also ensures that there are activities planned for us during various occasions and holidays, such as Christmas and Easter. People. Pets, Planet

Using Mars Volunteer Program (MVP), we enable our Associates to make a positive impact by organising a variety of activities. From visiting shelters to help pets, to helping clean up a river to help the planet, to partnering with community centres to help senior. Do you want to make an positive impact? The Health & Wellbeing team focuses on both the mental and physical aspects of wellbeing to create supportive and empowering enviroment at Mars. We organise sport activities in the office, such as: Yoga, Streaching, Mobility Training, Krav-Maga or Cycling making your own juice and much more. Such activities bring a lot of joy and entertainment, but also provide much needed breaks from work to help reduce stress and promote work-life balance. Join us and help us drive a healthy workplace!
