Buddy Program
Buddy is a person who act as a 'go-to' friend for the new MLE over the first six-twelve months in the business. The Buddy will help the new MLE to accelerate his/her sense of belonging by making informal connections and helping understand his/her new work context, navigate the program, and the culture.
