Mars Volunteer Program
As a Mars Associate, you can make a positive impact on the world through the Mars Volunteer Program (MVP).
The MVP is a powerful example of how we put The Five Principles into action in the communities that are at the heart of our business, our sourcing and operating communities. This worldwide initiative unleashes the positive power of our greatest assets: our Associates. In 2021, Associates got together (in-person & virtually) for the Ramadan Mars Volunteer Program. Our Associates in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates partnered with the Saudi Food Bank and Companies For Good respectively, preparing food boxes for communities. In Egypt, our Associates had a virtual Ramadan Mars Volunteer Program session, as they partnered with Wellspring and the Egypt Food Bank.
102 volunteers supported 3500+ individuals across various communities in the region, by preparing a total of 1095 food boxes! This was a truly wonderful experience for all our Associates, who made many happy memories by participating in the Ramadan Mars Volunteer Program.
