Programme Overview

We recruit a diverse range of recent graduates who are looking for a leadership career in the finance area. Our Graduate Traineeship: Finance Leadership Experience will enable you to develop both functional and leadership capabilities while experiencing various areas of Finance today, so you can become a Versatile Business Partner tomorrow. The program is a solid foundation for future finance leaders who can become later a manager, lead a team, or fulfil themselves as an individual contributor in a strategic position.

What are the benefits?

Not only will you have a competitive starting salary of £33.000 plus a joining bonus of £2.000, there are also endless opportunities to develop yourself and have a positive impact on our business through 3 different rotations including the opportunity to gain international experience through working in regional projects or placements abroad.

You can expect:
An employment contract for an indefinite period, a bonus system dependant on individual and business results, a full range of benefits including flexible working hours and the possibility of combining remote work with office work; support from an experienced mentor, coach, trainers, and the best managers; additional support in developing crutial compentencies in a series of training sessions, as a part of a dedicated Leadning & Development program that will help you develop all the skills necessary to become one of our future leaders and company paid CIMA (including study leave).

3 x 12-month placements
Opportunity to gain cross cultural experience through working on regional projects or placement abroad
Placement in different areas of finance: supply finance or market finance, internal control or audit or digital solutions and experience different Mars segments (Petcare, Mars Wrigley, Food)

Play an important role in local, regional or global projects and teams
Work towards CIMA qualification (fees paid and study leave provided) - UK only
Join our global trainee community

2:1 bachelor´s degree in any discipline (UK only)
Internationally mobile - your second or third year could take you outside of your home country
Passionate to become a future strategic leader in finance
