We make sure that you have everything you need to learn when you need it, wherever you are in your journey. From recognized certification programs with best in-class institutions, to partnerships with on-demand learning libraries. Joining a community of practice and harnessing the powerhouse of collective knowledge, to learning from a mentor or coach. We’ll support you all the way.

Our 70/20/10 learning model advocates for a healthy mixture of Associate led learning using digital or social formats, classroom-based training, social learning, mentorship and real-world learning. Under our model, only 10 percent of learning comes from courses and trainings. Another 20 percent comes from great mentors and learning from peers, and the remaining 70 percent is from having an opportunity to learn on the job by doing, being stretched.

Mars U is our Learning and Development function at Mars. We are your partner in your personal growth and development journey in whichever direction you want, by nurturing your curiosity, stretching your thinking and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, providing you access to learnings when you need it, where you need it.
