We look at holistic health through many dimensions, including physical, mental and financial health, a sense of belonging and purpose, and through healthy ways of working. We take an evidence-based approach and engage Associates to help design, implement and monitor progress of our programs. The Associate is at the center of everything we do.

Offices will always be an integral part of our work-life. But the role of the office and the way we design them will be more important than ever. Hybrid working will unlock productivity andperformance of our Associates and our business, and our offices should offer a vibrant environment that enables collaboration and relationship-building, and which strengthen our unique caring culture.
We’ll travel for purpose rather than presence, cutting business travel globally by at least half compared with previous levels. This will improve the health and wellbeing of our people, enhance business performance, and positively impact the world we want tomorrow.
Meetings must be purposeful. Whether in-person or virtual, time spent in meetings will be decreased, and we’ll increase the use of tools that allow you to contribute on your own timetable, using asynchronous collaboration. We’ll also increasingly collaborate via other methods, forums and tools, to enable a more sustainable balance of collaboration and focus.
