"I started my journey as part of the Mars Leadership Experience from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and moved as an Area Sales Manager (ASM) handling sales in Orissa. I then moved to the chocolates segment as ASM for North (Punjab, Kashmir, Himachal and Rajasthan). After the integration of Chocolates and Gums, I moved on to the next roles in Hyderabad as ASM for a year where I got promoted to the position of brand manager of Doublemint & Orbit. I have been now given the category of Gums & Mints which represents 35% of India's Business. That's been my development journey at Mars!"
