The Mars Internship Experience is an 11 week summer program that combines diverse experiences and continuous learning for students with an investment in you that’s personalized. With support from your team, you will tackle a real world Mars project that will offer you the opportunity to leave your mark! The challenges will stretch you like never before, and you’ll also have numerous opportunities to build your network and have some fun! It’s a high-powered story, right from the start!

All interns and graduates benefit from coaching throughout their programs. Graduates will also benefit from a senior mentor as part of the program framework.

With the Mars Ambassador Program, Associates spend two to six weeks working with non-profit partners, making a positive difference to major social and environmental issues.
