The hiring process for Our Leadership Experience
We know the hiring process can be stressful, so that's why we break it down into 6 simple steps, from finding the right graduate programme to joining our team. Shall you require adjustments during the application process please reach out to your point of contact in the recruitment process.
In the UK we offer six leadership schemes; General Management, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D and Procurement.

Nailing interview at Mars
At Mars, we believe in setting you up for success from the very start. One of the initial steps in our hiring process is a HireVue interview followed by an assessment centre.
