One of the best ways to get a feel for our business – and decide whether you might want to build a long-term career with us – is to join us for an internship. An internship placement with us doesn’t just mean shadowing or doing a few admin tasks. We’ll trust you to lead your own projects and give you responsibility for their delivery, giving you meaningful real-world experience from day one.
Programme Overview Our Mars Internship Experience gives invaluable work experience and opportunities for personal growth – your chance to test your skills and explore a range of potential future career paths. Meet Magali“I started my career 4 years ago at Mars. I am a true "baby Mars" as we call it internally! After my internship, I became a Brand Manager and I developed my skills in operational and strategic marketing. I even had the chance the work on the re launch of my brand by creating 4 new products! And for a year now, I am Senior Brand Manager for Suzi Wan, the number 1 Asiatic food brand in Europe.”

Meet Adam"I was surprised by how much flexibility Mars offers me, since I am a student working part time, and how much I was valued: From start I was given real responsibilities in projects which aren't usually given to interns."

Meet Roy“During my internship the focus on my personal development is something that made me feel I was more than just an intern. Still today, this really comes to life through my 1:1 conversations with my line manager about where I want to go and how I’m going to get there from a development perspective and this is without a doubt one of the reasons I still love working at Mars today."
