Meet Carlos "I am a Graduate on the Mars Finance Leadership Experience Program,
a 3-year program comprising of three 12-month placements. After being
a Financial Controller in my first year, I’m switching to Global Product Owner, where I’ll help develop analytical tools to enrich and enhance Mars’ data
analysis and management. The aim of the program is to build the next generation of future leaders. And in order to become one, I need to surf through different cultures, profiles and functions to gain perspective

Preparing for a video interview

We’re conducting all our interviews online right now. It’s the first chance you have to introduce yourself to the hiring team, so it’s worth taking some time to get it right. Choose a nice quiet location, with good lighting and relax into it. Don’t worry, you’ll get a couple of attempts to get it right.
