One of the best ways to get a feel for our business – and decide whether you might want to build a long-term career with us – is to join us for an internship or co-op experience. Both placement with us doesn’t just mean shadowing or doing a few admin tasks. We’ll trust you to lead your own projects and give you responsibility for their delivery, giving you meaningful real-world experience from day one.
Who you are
You’ll be an undergraduate who currently has one more year of schooling to complete. You’ll need to complete 1-2 semesters of courses following your internship or co-op program. Unfortunately, you’ll not be eligible if you are a senior who has graduated prior to the beginning of the internship/co-op. Students who hold an H-1B visa or use Optional Practical Training will also not be eligible. As we are unable to sponsor visas for our Early Talent programs, you’ll need to have permanent work authorization for the country you intern or co-op in.
If you’ve met these criteria and have got the drive to make a real impact then this is the experience for you. To see what you'll be doing on a day-today basis across our different functions, click below.
Our hiring process
Applications for the Mars Internship and Co-op Experience starts in September, a year prior to the start of the program. We’ll begin recruiting in September 2020 for our Summer 2021 Internship and Co-op Experience. We’ll continue to recruit up to January if positions are available.
